How time flies!!

Is it september already?? I can hardly believe it!! We are trying to get back into the swing of school (still, yes.. I know)... our way of schooling is relaxed so we don't spend 10 hrs a day doing paperwork.. I make sure my kids read (or listen to me read), do some math.. do some writing..do some history.. and read some more.. and I try to get them to do something creative - either outside building their forts or doing a diorama based on a book read.. Really the person needing to get into the swing is me - my sleeping patterns are returning to normal (thank the Lord).. AND I have been on a tangling spree!  Come see..

The boys have been doing a good job helping daddy in the yard.. he's finally got some assistance.. he said they actually did a good job helping and earned themselves an ice cream - check it out:

Well that's about it for now .. I have a few penpal letters to write and I want to draw in my art journal too :-)
